James Bond Daniel Craig Has Been Offered $150M For 2 Bond Movies

Back in 2005, when Daniel Craig was confirmed as the sixth cinematic James Bond replacing  Pierce Brosnan, quite a large number of Bond fans were outraged at the decision. Even there is a website on the internet danielcraigisnotbond.com, that was started by Craig haters to condemned the choice of franchise choosing next James Bond Daniel Craig. While the haters and critics, however, were proven wrong as Casino Royale turned out to be one of the best Bond movies ever. And that was all because of superb acting of our beloved James bond Daniel Craig.

Since then, perceptions of the people have changed and they now love Daniel Graig like anything. In addition, with movies like Skyfall and Spectre, Craig  has solidified his position as the greatest James Bond of all time. While Daniel Craig is finishing his tenure as 007. Sony is desperate to continue with Craig as James Bond for two more movies. Moreover, ex bond is playing hard with Sony by rejecting $137M offer for two more bond movies. As per the sources, “The studio is desperate to secure the actor’s services while they phase in a younger long-term successor”. Furthermore, you will be amazed to know that this time Craig has been offered $150M. The contract will be of two movies which will be shot back-to-back.

Since the release of Spectre late last year, there were some speculations as to who might replace the current James Bond Daniel Craig. Various names surfaced mainly of Tom Hiddleston and Idris Elba’s with high frequency. Craig starred in Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre. Although, there is no official word from Sony studios about the deal. So, we have to wait till any official announcement is made from either parties.
